The locals of Tadoba have mastered the art in producing the artifacts using bamboo shoots. They majorly depend on bamboo growing in the forest for their livelihood and have become pioneers in creating impeccable artifacts using their skills. You can visit a training center which helps the local people in learning the artistic way of using bamboo.
Believing that the locals are the stake holders and the protectors of the forest; the government has given them opportunities to learn making and selling the artifacts they produce.
